Most men want to look great but don't particularly like shopping. We're aiming to reinvent the experience from the ground up using stylists and clever algorithms.

Traditional shopping is exhausting.

Men feel exhausted by crowded shops and overwhelmed by the millions of options online. Often they don't know what items will suit them the best. The experience of looking through a huge selection of generic clothes - not tailored to you in any way - is hugely frustrating. There has got to be a better way.

Rethinking it for the digital age.

We’re rethinking shopping for the digital age by giving every person their own personal shopper to recommend clothes just for them. The stylist will send items that look incredible on them, and is in their budget, size, style, and factor in myriad other preferences. We use real, human stylists, plus clever algorithms to help it scale.

Creating the new normal.

Our goal is to create a new default for how most men buy their clothes. We want to help over 100 million people to feel amazing about how they look. Thread is live, clients are loving it and we’re growing quickly.

How we hire

Our goal is to build a lasting, global company, and the only way to do that is to hire an amazing team. We run a fast, efficient and transparent hiring process.

Your hiring manager

Each role has a designated hiring manager who will be your main point of contact throughout your interview process at Thread. To begin, they will review your application, and if you seem like a good match, they will email you to arrange a phone call, in-person chat or remote assessment, depending on the role. If you're not a fit, we'll make sure to let you know as quickly as possible.

Interview rounds

After that, you'll come in and interview with the hiring manager and a few other teammates, and if successful, we'll arrange a final round interview with our founders. If all goes well, we will then make you an offer and you'll hopefully join us to have the most rewarding and fulfilling professional experience of your career to date!

Always improving

We're constantly learning and adapting our process, so it may deviate slightly from this. You can ask the hiring manager to explain the process at any point, and they'll let you know the updated plan.
