WHAT’S THE POSTAGE METHOD?
Gift cards will be posted using Royal Mail’s large letter service.
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
To redeem a gift card, you just need to enter the code on the back of the card on the gift card page here (you need to be signed in to Thread to view this page). The credit will be applied to your account and automatically applied to your subsequent orders.
HOW DO RETURNS AND EXCHANGES WORK?
If you return an item bought using a gift card, the credit will be returned to the account used to make the purchase. This is usually a quick process and the credit should be returned on the day you receive the refund confirmation email from us, but please allow up to 3 days.
If you spent more than the value of the gift card, the remaining charge will be refunded back to the card used to make the payment.
HOW DO THEY KNOW IT’S FROM ME?
We’ll put a note card in that says who it’s from.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Gift cards should be received within one week of placing your order.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD ON ONE ORDER?
Unfortunately not. You’ll have to use one at a time.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY GIFT CARD YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you haven’t received your gift card within 7 days of ordering, drop our support team an email at email@example.com quoting your order number and they’ll be happy to look into this.
WHAT’S THE LATEST DATE I CAN ORDER THE GIFT CARD TO GET IT IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?
To make sure the physical gift card is delivered to the selected delivery address in time for Christmas, you need to have placed an order by the 21st December. After this date we’ll be offering e-vouchers instead, which will be emailed directly to your chosen email address.
WHAT’S THE EXPIRY DATE FOR THE GIFT CARD?
There’s no expiry on this.

No, they can’t be returned.
