About the brand

If you're trying to figure out where you recognise the name ‘Shackleton’ from, the brand’s Arctic-worthy coats should provide a clue. Yes, it was Ernest Shackleton, the great polar explorer, who inspired two men to create a brand in his honour. And while its apparel may be expedition-grade, you don't have to trek the South Pole to feel the benefits – a blustery walk in your local park should do just fine.

Shackleton upholds a number of sustainability standards, from using recycled cashmere to its long-term partnership with the NGO Blue Marine Foundation. The latter works to protect four million square kilometres of Antarctic waters.
